Hi, I'm Aaron.

I got into the manufactured housing industry back in 2017, working at a title management company called Snickfish.

I was doing a little bit of everything — marketing, sales, web development, advertising — and somewhere in the middle of all that, I noticed something: nobody was building real websites for mobile home park and RV park operators. The big guys like Sun Communities had sharp online presences. Everyone else? Not so much.

So I went out on my own and started a company called Rodesi — named after my son and my passion “design,” which has always been what I care most about in this work. That eventually grew into what’s now ParkWeb.

Today, ParkWeb is a web development company that serves real estate operators — especially RV parks, manufactured home communities, and investment groups that want better leads and smoother operations.

We’ve been in business for five years, served over 150 clients, and built a team of four people who take the work seriously. We’ve also built integrations with the tools operators already use — Rent Manager, MHVillage, ShowMojo, Manage America, Mass Elemental, and others — so the website actually works with the business instead of sitting off to the side collecting dust.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and a dad to five amazing kids. That shapes how I think about everything — the kind of work I take on, how I treat people, and what I’m willing to compromise on (not much).

I’m also a follower of Christ, and I’m not going to tiptoe around that. I attribute everything I’ve built to Him. My faith isn’t separate from how I run my business — it’s the foundation of it.
